Over laping My Days

As each day I fall a sleep latter and latter I end up just staying up and end up only sleeping 6 times in 7 nights. I don't do this every week but When I do I feel a lot better then when I try to force sleep on myself with a daily schedule. This becomes a real problem with work having to get up at the same time every day. Maby I should go to a planet that has about 28 hour days.

Trying To Arive At Work Without Enough Sleep

I can't count how many times I went to bed and just couldn't sleep only to give up and become real tired as soon as that decision was final? Then of course I can't go back to sleep and have to get up in ten minutes or less(short version of my long nights)?

I'm a insomniac differently from paul, for starters I have trouble falling asleep like Paul but when I do sleep it doesn't last just last night I got wasted and went to sleep at 1:30 knowing that I had to wake up at 7:45 in the mourning but before I know it I woke up at 4:00 wide awake...
